The Local Government Unit of Mina, thru the leadership of Hon. Lydia E. Grabato, Municipal Mayor, together with the members of the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Hon. John Michael Defensor, Vice Mayor, Mr. Rey P. Grabato, Executive Assistant V, Dr. Bimbo Casquite, Schools District Supervisor, Schools District of Mina, Dr. Luda Ahumada, Principal IV, Mina National Highschool, MNHS Teaching Staff, Agmanaphao Elementary Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff and students, Brgy. Agmanaphao Council headed by Punong Barangay Allan Torres and constituents of the same barangay graced the Orientation and Ceremonial Opening of the Agmanaphao Integrated Farm School today, September 15, 2023.

The Local Government Unit of Mina, Iloilo through the MDRRMO, conducted an earthquake drill at 2:00 pm today, September 7, 2023 as part of the 2023 Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED).

Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) Orientation was headed by Hon. Lydia E. Grabato, Municipal Mayor and conducted by DSWD Personnel together with MSWDO Glenna C. Aludia last August 10, 2023 at the Mina Sports and Cultural Center (MSCC).

PRDP FS Orientation for Potable water System SubProject of the Municipality of Mina including Economic, Technical and Social Environmental safeguard review held at the conference room, Mina, Iloilo on AUGUST 9, 2023.

The team from PRDP Region VI conducted the orientation and review of the FS components and was attended by the Municipal Project Implementation Team of LGU Mina, Iloilo.

In support of the 49th Nutrition Month Celebration, the Municipality of Mina led by Hon. Lydia E. Grabato through the Municipal Health Office headed by Dr. Janeatte A. Sobrevega put up a Tiangge Fair with a theme “Healthy Diet, Gawing Affordable for All” on July 31, 2023 at the Maragtas Covered Gym.

The Local Government Unit of Mina under the administration of Mayor Lydia E. Grabato through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office headed by Mrs. Glenna C. Aludia celebrated the 45th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week on August 1, 2023 at the Mina Sports and Cultural Center (MSCC)

The MDRRMO headed by Mr. Jimylle Jan B. Caalim under the administration of Mayor Lydia E. Grabato conducted the Municipal Rescue Olympics last July 29, 2023 at the Municipal Grandstand wherein the Barangay Officials and Responders of the 22 Barangays in the municipality participated. The winners of the said competition were then awarded during the Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday, July 31, 2023.

2nd Place – Talibong Pequeño, Tipolo, Yugot, Capul-an
3rd Place – Tolarucan, Mina East, Mina West

Child-Friendly Space Visit of the DSWD Personnel from the National Capital Region (NCR), Western Visayas Region, and Mindanao at the Municipality of Mina led by Mayor Lydia E. Grabato on July 27, 2023.

Child-friendly spaces are established in order to promote and ensure the resiliency of the children against all the negative effects of emergency situations such as natural calamities to their well-being.

Photos taken during the Joint MPOC-MADAC and Local School Board Meetings regularly attended by the Municipal Officials, Department Heads and Employees, 22 Barangay Captains and Staff, MLGOO Lovely Mae Estigoy, Dr. Bimbo Casquite, Dr. Luda Ahumada, and Mina PNP and BFP Personnel on July 25, 2023 at the Mina Sports and Cultural Center (MSCC).
The undertaking was graced by the presence of LGOO VII Cluster II Head of DILG Iloilo Province, Mr. Raymundo Palanog, and Deputy Provincial Director for Operation of the IPPO, PLTCOL Benjo Clarite.
The assembly ended with the Signing of Covenant led by Mayor Lydia Grabato together with Vice Mayor John Michael Defensor, SB Members, Municipal Department Heads, Punong Barangays, School Officials, Mina PNP Personnel, and other stakeholders in the municipality in support of the 45th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week.
