The Land Transportation Office VI in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Mina headed by Mayor Lydia E. Grabato and Mina PNP led by PCPT Jersey A. Besas offered a free 2-day Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) last July 20-21, 2023 at the Mina Sports and Cultural Center.
This TDC is one of the important requirements in securing a driver’s license and is usually offered by agencies with a certain fee for 3 days.
