Mayor Lydia E. Grabato of LGU-Mina, Iloilo received last June 15, 2023 the two (2) units of 55′ Television set from Huawei Philippines, as prizes for garnering First Place in the Digital Governance Award (DGA) for Year 2019 and 2021.
