The Opening of LGU Mina’s Municipal Officials and Employees Intercolor Sports Tournament was held last, May 15, 2023. Six teams (Red, Yellow, Blue, Orange, Green, and Brown) will compete during this two-week sports tournament.

Defensor, SB Members, Municipal Heads and Employees, and Barangay Officials and Staff, recognized the young Minanhon athletes from the Mina National High School (MNHS) for bagging lots of major awards on the recently concluded Western Visayas Regional Athletics Association (WVRAA) Meet 2023 that was held in Aklan last April 24 to May 1, 2023 during the Flag Raising Ceremony on May 8, 2023
The LGU-Mina through its Municipal Agriculture Office headed by Engr. Xykster C. Pelaez, together with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) and Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC), conducted a 3-day On-Site Training Course on Fresh Water Aquaculture (Tilapia, Hito, Ornamental Fish and Fresh Water Prawn) last May 9-11, 2023 at the Mina Sports and Cultural Center (MSCC) with 65 Tilapia and Pantat (Catfish) growers as the participants/beneficiaries of the said training.The event was graced by Mayor Lydia E. Grabato, Vice Mayor John Michael T. Defensor, and SB Members of the Municipality.
Former Mayor now Executive Assistant V, Mr. Rey P. Grabato, led the Public Consultation on the Proposed Potable Water Supply System at the Mina Evacuation Center (MEC) yesterday, May 11, 2023.This was attended by the SB Members and Punong Barangays and Staff of the Municipality.
