Brgy. Singay, is the venue of the 3rd Barangay General Assembly conducted by Mayor Lydia E. Grabato during her first few months in office as Mina’s Local Chief Executive. During this assembly held on September 23, 2022, the LGU’s Department Heads discussed to the barangay residents about the services offered by their respective offices including their priority programs, projects and activities.
