To start the year with different activities under the Rural Health Center, members of the board of Barangay Health Workers of 22 barangays had given the chance to be oriented last January 10, 2016 on how to use the glucometer by Christian Harold Preche-Nurse and Dr. Janeatte Soberevega given by the Department of Health. These glucometer is use to measure and display the amount of sugar (glucose) in your blood especially if you have diabetes. 1 Glucometer per Barangay Health Station will be provided and their constituents can avail for random check of sugar in blood. As one of the priority of the Department of Health, this tool can be of help in early detection of Diabetes which is under the Non Communicable Diseases.

→ PREGNANT WOMEN – PROVIDED WITH BASIC ORAL HEALTH CARE (ORAL EXAMINATION, CONSULTATION, ORAL FILLING AND ORAL PROHYLAXIS), TARGET 161, ACOMP  223 OR 139%

→ OLDER PERSON 60 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE PROVIDED WITH BASIC ORAL HEALTH CARE – TARGET 438,

→ ACCOMP. 216 OR 49%.
