The Local Government Unit of Mina is helping the farmers to improve their livelihood, thereby alleviating poverty incidence. One way is giving support to farmers in their attendance to several trainings and seminars for them to acquire technologies applicable in their areas. The vegetable farmers, members of the 4Ps and some of the DA staff were the ones identified to attend the trainings. This venture provides an opportunity for participants to earn support from the partnership with the government & private sectors.
