On March 3, 2023, another significant event took place in the Municipality of Mina as the Local Government Unit under the administration of Mayor Lydia E. Grabato held the Blessing of Multi-purpose Vehicles and followed by the Turning-Over of the vehicles to the different barangays. The LGU availed of the Omnibus Term Loan Facility (OTLF) of the Land Bank of the Philippines for this undertaking. The blessing was officiated by Rev. Fr Francisco Gabriel, Parish Priest of Our Lady of the Pillar. Vice Mayor John Michael Defensor with SB Members, Former Mayor Rey P. Grabato now Executive Assistant V, Department Heads, Punong Barangay, and Mina Municipal Workforce graced the event. The vehicles were turned over to the Punong Barangays for their official use and for other purposes as stipulated in the Memorandum of Agreement between the LGU and the concerned barangay.
