The LGU of Mina in coordination with Mina PNP and the MSWD office conducted a Covenant Signing and Counseling Sessions for Suspected Drug Users last June 6, 2016.
The suspected drug users are made to attend a talk about RA 9165, and then they are made to sign a covenant signifying their decision to be partners of the government against illegal drugs subsequent to individual counseling sessions conducted by the Registered Social Workers of the MSWD Office.
