The Mina Community eCenter located on the two-storey building annexed to the Mina Town Hall, with the ground floor for different CeC Services is now equipped with 40 units of computers for the different Information and Communications Technology (ICT)-enabled services offered to the public by the center. The second floor is the lecture room and farmers Information Technology Services (FITS) Center for farmers.
The establishment of CeC in this municipality will give Minanhons the needed access to information technology particularly the Worldwide Web, e-mail, instant messaging, and other internet applications including programs such as Farmers Information Technology Services (FITS), eSkwela and Computer Literacy Trainings. These will enhance the learning capabilities of the people in this municipality in the field of the rapidly advancing communications and information technology. the programs and services will focus on children, women, multi-level individuals, barangay officials, out-of-school youths, students, professionals, senior citizens, and all organizations established under our social welfare programs.
